Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both clients and consultants.

Refund Eligibility

✅ Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the appointment

• 100% refund of the consultation fee.

✅ Cancellation or rescheduling within 12 to 24 hours before the appointment

• 50% refund of the consultation fee.

✅ Cancellation or rescheduling within 3 to 12 hours before the appointment

• 25% refund of the consultation fee.

❌ Cancellation or rescheduling less than 3 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the appointment

• No refund will be applicable.

Important Information

• Requests for rescheduling are subject to the consultant’s availability.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take a few working days depending on the bank or payment provider.
• In rare situations such as consultant emergencies, illness, technical issues, internet or power disruptions, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control, Augmenta Health may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to inform you as early as possible and minimize inconvenience.
• If an appointment is cancelled from our side, the consultation fee will be adjusted towards a future appointment or refunded, as applicable.
• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
